Ingredients for delicious paneer bhurji at home

1 large bowl of grated paneer [ pav ]

2 tbsp oil

A small cube of Amul Butter

Half a bowl of finely chopped onion

1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes [I took 1/4 cup as I love tomatoes, you can do less or more as per your preference]

1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala

1 tsp red chillies

Half a teaspoon of turmeric

Half a spoon of cumin

2 to 3 green chillies finely chopped [ you can use red chillies and green chillies as per your preference]

1 tsp finely chopped coriander

Salt to taste

Let's see the recipe of how to make paneer bhurji

Place a pan on the gas

Heat oil in a pan

When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds to it for spluttering

When the cumin crackles, add finely chopped onion

Fry onion on low flame, after 2 to 3 minutes add tomato

And add a little 2 teaspoons of water

Cover the kadai and steam again for 1 to 2 minutes

Remove the lid and add turmeric, chillies, red chillies, salt and combine all the mixture once

Add finely smashed paneer,

After adding paneer, add pav bhaji masala

Mix well all the mixture separately, don't over mix, the paneer should be visible, don't let it get mushy.

Now top with coriander and a small cube of amul butter and serve

In this way, your paneer bhurji at home is also ready like a hotel

You can eat paneer bhurji with bread, pav, chapati, phulke with onion lemon cucumber launch as side salad.
