MONETIZATION PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Dainik Shodh Marathi Monetization Programme (the "Programme"). By enrolling your User Account in this Programme, you (the "Publisher", "Creator", or "You") agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). Please read them carefully before submitting your content or placing advertisements on your website/platform.

1. Program Overview & Core Earning Feature

Dainik Shodh Marathi provides a digital platform allowing content creators and website owners to monetize their online real estate through targeted digital advertisements.

• The Core Earning Structure: Creators will begin generating revenue based on their content metrics. Specifically, you will start earning dynamic revenues per 1,000 views (CPM - Cost Per Mille) generated on your approved content, subject to adherence to all policy constraints detailed below.

2. Content Standards & Prohibited Material

To maintain a high-quality ecosystem for our users and advertisers, all monetized accounts must publish original, brand-safe material. Dainik Shodh Marathi strictly prohibits content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes criminal activities.

• Incites violence, discrimination, or hate speech against any individual or protected group.

• Contains adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic material.

• Infringes upon the Intellectual Property (IP) rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party without express written consent.

3. Traffic Authenticity & Invalid Activity

Publishers are solely responsible for ensuring that their traffic is genuine.

• Prohibited Clicks/Impressions: Any method that artificially inflates page views, impressions, or ad clicks is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, using automated bots, click farms, incentivizing users to click ads, or clicking on your own live advertisements.

• Penalties: Detection of invalid activity or click fraud will result in immediate forfeiture of accrued earnings, suspension, or permanent termination of your User Account.

4. Strategic Ad Placement Guidelines

Publishers must place advertisements in a manner that does not compromise the user experience.

• Ads must not overlay, mimic, or obscure the content so as to trick users into accidental clicks.

• Publishers must adhere to formatting guidelines, utilizing responsive ad layouts to ensure optimal presentation across all mobile and desktop devices.

• Excessive ad density that disrupts readability is a violation of these terms.

5. Multi-Channel Monetization Compatibility

Dainik Shodh Marathi allows publishers to use other monetization channels concurrently (e.g., affiliate marketing, sponsored content, or direct display ads), provided that these secondary sources do not overlap with our ad blocks or violate any core policies outlined in this Agreement.

6. Performance Analytics & Tracking

Publishers will be granted access to a dedicated dashboard displaying crucial metrics, including ad impressions, clicks, total views, and accrued revenue.

• These metrics are tracked and finalized via internal Dainik Shodh Marathi Analytics engines.

• In the event of minor discrepancies between third-party analytics and internal system logs, internal tracking records shall remain the definitive source for payout calculations.

7. Payment Terms, Schedule, and Thresholds

• Payout Schedule: Earnings are calculated on a monthly cycle and disbursed regularly.

• Minimum Payout Threshold: Publishers must meet a predetermined minimum threshold balance before a payout can be executed. Threshold requirements vary depending on the chosen payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or digital wallets) and geographic location.

• Taxation: Publishers are solely responsible for calculating and reporting any applicable local or national taxes associated with their earnings.

8. Compliance, Account Review, and Termination

• Compliance Checks: Dainik Shodh Marathi routinely monitors and reviews registered platforms for ongoing policy compliance.

• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently dissolve any User Account found violating these policies. Repeated violations will result in a permanent ban and the freezing of any unpaid revenue streams.

• Amendments: Dainik Shodh Marathi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Programme following updates implies full acceptance of the revised terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By activating your monetization preferences within your Dainik Shodh Marathi account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to this legally binding contract.
