Thank you for choosing DS मराठी as your digital advertising partner. By booking an advertisement space on our portal, you (the "Advertiser" or "Agency") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. ADVERTISEMENT PACKAGES & COSTING

All portal advertisement bookings follow the strict tier, pricing, and structural capabilities outlined below. Fees must be paid according to the package chosen:

Note: The 3500px X 3500px premium resolution slot is exclusively restricted to the 1-Year long-term package tier.

2. AD SLOT DISTRIBUTION & ARTWORK RULES

• Slot Allocation: "Ad Slots" represent the maximum number of distinct banner creatives or concurrent positions an advertiser can alternate or showcase under their active contract duration.

• Design Delivery: Advertisers must provide high-quality, final image formats (.PNG, .JPEG, or static .GIF) built exactly to the pixel specifications selected.

• Modification: Creatives can be swapped or updated throughout the duration of the contract, provided that requested changes match the assigned slot counts and are submitted in accordance with office review windows.

3. IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS & CONSULTATION HOURS

To review layout integrations, billing setups, or secure specific homepage premium real estate placement, advertisers may visit or contact our administrative office during our designated commercial booking hours:

• Available Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• Timings: 11:30 AM to 04:00 PM

• Office Location: Plot No.95, Takli Road, Behind Sahara Hotel, Shiv Parvati Nagar, Korti, Pandharpur, Maharashtra 413304

4. SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL POLICY

• All promotional material, banner graphics, hyperlinked tracking URLs, and textual elements are subject to review by the DS मराठी editorial team.

• We reserve the absolute right to reject, suspend, or request structural modifications to any advertisement that:

  • Promotes illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or highly sensitive content.

  • Violates local, national, or ethical advertising standards (ASCI guidelines).

  • Mimics user interface elements or native news articles to trick viewers into clicking.

• Advertisements must be fully submitted at least 3 working days prior to the target live/activation date.

5. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Advance Clearances: Advertisements will only be scheduled and deployed live on the portal after 100% of the agreed package costing payment has cleared.

• Non-Refundability: Payments made for the 1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month, and 1-Year packages are considered non-refundable once the ad campaign slots have gone live on the web domain.

• Early Termination: If an advertiser requests to take down an advertisement banner before the package duration expires, no partial credits or pro-rated refunds will be calculated or distributed.

6. LIABILITY AND TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS

• Portal Traffic and Performance: While DS मराठी maintains optimized server runtimes and web infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime, we do not guarantee exact click-through rates (CTR), explicit lead conversions, or impression numbers.

• Unforeseen Disruptions: DS मराठी will not be held liable for delayed exposure or short-term portal unavailability caused by upstream hosting server updates, distributed network outages, or internet service provider disruptions.

• Indemnity: The Advertiser assumes full legal accountability for the trademarks, brand names, visual copyrights, and claims displayed inside their creatives. The advertiser agrees to fully protect and hold harmless DS मराठी from any legal disputes, claims, or third-party copyright issues arising from their promotional material.
